         The Turkic world having unfading glory in a history of a terrestrial civilization requires object, glorifying the great past inverted in the future. To them can become specially constructed common Turk small town of Turkic unity - TURAN, which main property the sculptural monument "The Kok Turk" (with a museum and ethno park), devoted to Turkic people becomes. The small town Turan should become a place of an attraction and a spiritual unification of Turks, will settle down in the brisk centre of an area of residing of Turkic people, in favorable conditions and to be self-supporting.

 

Such and spiritually raised place is vicinities of mountains Kazygurt in Kazakhstan (in southern) - in one of cradles of Turkic people at which top has found a haven an ark "Prophet Noah". 

 

Here on pass of a highway Seoul - Amsterdam - on a modern Silk way will arise small town Turan. Distance up to Tashkent (the population more 2х one million) - 60, about. Shymkent (the population comes nearer to 1,0 million) - 25, up to Kirghizstan - 70, Tajikistan - 260, Turkmenistan - 600 km’s and it is connected by the advanced network of transport.

In small town Turan it is stipulated as a construction of a palace of "Turkic unity", a cultural - entertaining complex "Keme kalgan", trading - entertaining centre "Kazygurt", a caravan - shed and other cultural objects.

Construction of a cultural - entertaining complex "Keme kalgan", the ark designed on an image "Prophet Noah", we plan to start in 2008. Now we find sources of financing, investors. Its size 18х100м, in three floors. In "hold" Booths, fitness-club, on the first and second floors hotel numbers, studies, business centers, library and a temporary museum. On the third floor to be placed the hall of a universal purpose used as concert and conference halls, for realization of various celebrations, sports actions etc. And the open deck will serve as cafe, a dance pavilion, on perimeter there is walking "footpath". On a tower of the ship the VIP apartments of hotel will be placed.

   The given object will be placed on a crest of an oblong hill, located in ~150 m from a monument "The Kok Turk" and will be looking with all importance from different directions.

 

The conclusion

 

        Thus, on a joint of the central - Asian republics, small town "Turan" as the social-cultural centre of the Turkic world - as the common house of Turks will rise.

 Which, mutually being supplemented with sacred city of Turkestan (is in 200 km’s), will serve education, spiritual revival, a unification, a survival in conditions globalization - to blossoming of Turkic people and formation of the Union Central - Asian, Commonwealth of the Turkic states.

      Тuran will be under construction as city common Turk purposes in it in some years it was possible to carry out congress, forums, conferences, meetings of a various level, action for culture and sports to prove there the centers of electronic and printed MASS-MEDIA, research establishments and to develop other directions.

    The nearest years it is planned as the organization of national park around of sacred mountain Kazygurt which will make with Тuran and historical cities of the Central Asia a uniform tourist complex.

    All this will allow small town Тuran to become general pride of the Turkic people, offering to all world quintessence of thousand-year culture of the Turkic world, as a spiritual treasury, having woken us, calling in the future.

    This problem, capable to play in our destiny, it is possible to master a historical role only the common efforts of children Turk Ata.    

     We, invite Turkic people and each Turk to take part in construction and becoming of small town Тuran - to show the talents, to create the objects glorifying each Turkic people, to bring in the contribution to any form.

Entering of a feasible mite by each Turk - will connect him, a spiritual world of his descendants with a monument "The Kok Turk", personifying astonishing the universe, one of creators of a terrestrial civilization - TURKIS.
